We have a history of innovation that will not stop. When we saw that social care was lagging in technology, we built and embedded revolutionary new solutions to support our frontline. When quality improvements were needed across the sector, we recruited a leading team focused on ensuring dependable and safe care. In payroll, we developed systems to ensure on-time and accurate payment. When communication across our 14,000 employees proved difficult, we introduced a sector-leading communications platform for a remote workforce and gave everyone a voice. Time and again, our innovations have raised the bar, setting new benchmarks for quality, reliability, connectivity, and efficiency across the sector. - Engaging and Nurturing Team Training: A comprehensive training across our entire branch network to equip our teams with the tools to communicate more effectively, recognise contributions, and support our care professionals.
- CCH Connect: Our internal communications platform that enables employees to connect, stay informed about company news, voice their opinions, recognise peers, and access essential resources.
- People First Engagement Programme: A programme of touchpoints with our care professionals — fostering two-way communication, regularly checking on their well-being, and giving them opportunities to voice their needs.
- Coffee Mornings: Regular informal gatherings at branches for care professionals to build connections and share experiences.
- Festive Parties: We celebrate a year of hard work by hosting more than 200 Christmas parties for our branch teams and care professionals across the company. Gifts are given to all employees.
- Extraordinary Care Awards: Monthly recognition of outstanding contributions made by our care professionals and branch teams, culminating in prestigious regional and national award ceremonies. Over 300 individuals are honoured each month.
- Branch of the Month: A celebration of top-performing branches to create a performance culture and recognise hard work.
- CCH Ambassadors: Frontline representatives who act as a steering committee, guiding decisions for the Group and meeting with the CEO monthly to give input.
